"Really helpful once I got into it"
I found the whole30 guides genuinely helpful, especially when I was trying to figure out what I could actually eat. The food lists and recipe tips made the plan feel a lot less confusing in real life. Some of the pages are a bit long and I had to skim through parts, but overall it gave me a much better understanding of how to follow the program.

"Helpful, but tough to keep up with"
It definitely helped a bit, so I’d say it works to some degree. For me, it wasn’t exactly life-changing, and the hardest part was sticking with it consistently.

"Just couldn’t really keep it going"
I thought I’d be able to get into Whole30, and the website does explain things clearly, so it wasn’t like I was totally lost. But once I actually tried doing it every day, it felt like a lot. There were so many regular foods I had to avoid that I was constantly checking labels or feeling like I had to skip out on normal plans.

By the second week, I was worn out and just kind of over it. I can see how it probably works for certain people, and maybe if you’re super prepared it’s easier, but for me it felt way too strict to realistically stick with.

"Lost a little weight, but it wasn’t easy to keep up"
I did lose about 6 lbs, so not saying it’s a scam, but it was hard for me to stick with after a few weeks. It felt a bit too strict for my routine, even though I did see some results.

"I gave Whole30 a try because I felt..."
I gave Whole30 a try because I felt bloated almost every day, and from my experience, it was more manageable than I thought it would be. The recipes and rules were straightforward, though I’ll admit the first week felt a little irritating while I adjusted.
After about two weeks, I personally noticed my digestion felt calmer, and I wasn’t dealing with that heavy, uncomfortable stomach feeling after eating. For me, that was the biggest reason it felt worth sticking with.
I’m taking off one star because it can feel strict, and the meal prep definitely takes time. But overall, in my case, it really did seem to help my gut a lot

"I tried whole30 and my energy..."
I tried whole30 and my energy completely tanked?? I was tired all the time, super cranky, and just didn’t feel like myself at all. My mood actually seemed to get worse, which was confusing, so I ended up stopping after a couple of weeks.

"Worth it if you’ll actually use it"
I’d say it’s a good value overall, but only if you’re actually going to use it regularly (otherwise it might feel a little overpriced). It is a bit pricey, but for what you get, I’m not mad about it.

"Found the ingredients, though I was a little skeptical"
I actually found everything at my regular store, which surprised me a bit. I kept thinking there had to be some hard-to-find ingredient hiding in the list, but nope, it was all easy to track down.

"I used whole30.com mostly because I was..."
I used whole30.com mostly because I was trying to sort out what I could actually eat with my dairy and gluten issues. The rules were easy to follow, and most things were clear enough that I didn’t feel totally lost... which was a relief!
There were still a few things I had to dig around for, like certain additives or random packaged foods. But overall, it made grocery shopping way less confusing for me, and that helped a lot.

"Meal plan just didn’t fit my week"
I tried the meal plan from whole30.com and, it was kind of tough to keep up with. There was a lot of prep, a bunch of ingredients to buy, and it didn’t really work well for long workdays. A few of the meals were decent, but overall it just didn’t feel realistic for a normal busy week.

"Not awful, but definitely not exciting"
The meals weren’t terrible, I guess, but they were bland and didn’t really keep me full. A few recipes were fine, sure, but I got bored with them fast. I was expecting a lot more flavor, especially since that’s kind of the whole point of a meal service.

"Really easy to use"
I found Whole30.com simple to get around. The rules, recipes, and meal plan info were easy to find without a lot of searching. It also worked fine on my phone, which was nice. Overall, it made getting started feel a lot less confusing.

"My Grocery Bill Took a Dramatic Turn"
Overall, the plan is solid, but wow, my grocery bill definitely climbed higher than I was expecting. I didn’t think I’d be staring at my receipt like it had personally betrayed me

"I did finish the Whole30, so..."
I did finish the Whole30, so I’ll give myself credit for sticking it out, but it didn’t feel like something I could live with after it was over. The rules were so rigid that once I was done, I felt weirdly guilty trying to eat normally again, and I don’t think food should make you feel like you’re constantly doing something “wrong.”

For me, it felt more like a temporary test of willpower than a realistic way to build a healthier relationship with eating. I got tired of reading every label, asking a million questions, and explaining myself to people. I’m sure it helps some folks, but I personally need something that feels balanced, humane, and sustainable in real life.

"I honestly don’t get the hype"
I tried a few recipes and they just didn’t work for me at all. Everything came out really bland, and some of the textures were so weird that I kept thinking, how is this okay? I wanted to like it, but for the time and effort, it really didn’t feel worth it

"Support didn’t feel helpful"
My snap judgment was that the community support just wasn’t worth much. I asked for help and mostly felt ignored, which made the whole experience frustrating...

"It was okay, but yeah, the cravings were tough"
I mean, it helped me a bit with my habits, but i still found myself craving snacks often. So, yeah, it wasn’t a total fix for me, but it did help some
